The guide includes a comprehensive strategy to address panic attacks, as well as other anxiety related issues.

Overall, this is a great program that will definitely help anyone who is interested in moving beyond his or her current state of mind and into a healthy, balanced situation in dealing with their fears, phobias, and anxieties.

Though it is a good program, our expectations were quite high after reviewing our top pick. The Linden Center Method provides a lot of good info, but it is not well organized, so it's difficult to know where to begin.

We found ourselves thumbing through and skipping pages or chapters to address the issue of panic attacks and other relevant information. Comprehensive though it is, it could be narrowed down and focused more on just panic or anxiety attacks. Because of this, it came in second place in our ratings.

3. The Panic Puzzle

The Panic Puzzle is our third and final selection. It's a unique program developed by Rich Presta.

In addition to tremendous amounts of information and strategies that address anxiety and panic attacks, and phobias, you get the option to order the CD version as well.

Yet, there is also the downside to the product. In trying to cover a whole list of conditions, there is very little “meat” to program. We kept looking for further explanations or subsequent strategies, but they never came. We had some high hopes for this program, but it needs a bit more time for development.

This product is better suited for a generalist or social worker who wants to become familiar with the many emotional challenges that people face. However, for those who want to address their anxiety on a deeper level, this program may not provide all they are looking for. Therefore, it comes in at a very distant third.
